Custom orders
Thank you so much for taking the next step in the journey to secure your very own piece of art in the Paper Penny universe. We are thrilled to be a part of crafting your perfect memory-scape!
At Paper Penny, our mission is to transform your cherished moments and memories into a captivating, imagined landscape. Whether it's weddings, family vacations, beloved parks, beach getaways, or bustling cities, the possibilities are boundless. We weave beloved individuals, animals, and objects into a one-of-a-kind 3D collage, forming a cherished keepsake that will endure for generations.
The initial step is all about you! We kindly request that you complete the form we send to you after purchasing your custom Paper Penny. Find a cozy spot, pour your favorite beverage, and take your time with it. No detail is too small or insignificant. The more information we receive, the better equipped we are to craft the perfect artwork for you.
Once you're satisfied with your responses, attach the form along with any additional images you'd like to include in the design and send them to us. This is where the enchantment unfolds.
Our team will create an initial 2D image, offering you a glimpse of the overall layout and atmosphere of the artwork. However, you can choose to forgo this stage if you prefer to be surprised.
It's important to note that the final piece may not be identical to the mock-up because we're transforming a 2D image into a 3D masterpiece, and placement naturally evolves. Our work is also driven by intuition, so we may incorporate elements that we feel enhance the composition. Should you desire minor adjustments to the image, we provide up to two rounds of changes. Beyond that, a nominal fee will apply for additional modifications. Once we receive your approval, we move on to the printing phase.
The image is printed as a fine art piece, on a sumptuous matte textured, archival quality paper. Each image is painstakingly hand-cut and assembled to create your unique artwork. Once assembled, your artwork is elegantly framed in a handmade frame crafted in our studio. As our standard choice, the frame is crafted from solid Tasmanian Oak with a natural beeswax finish, but if you prefer a white or black stained finish, please inform us as so.
Upon completion of this process, you'll receive a shipping number, and your custom Paper Penny art will be on its way to you. Each stage of creating these special pieces is executed with the utmost commitment to quality, ensuring they endure for generations and become a cherished conversation piece within your family for years to come.
Semi-Custom orders
This process is similar to the Custom orders, however you have already chosen one of our three Paper Penny’s, either the Dino Scape, Desert Scape, or the Flora Scape.
Once you have purchased your semi-custom order via our website you will be sent an email from one of the Paper Penny team requesting the images you'd like to include in the design (up to three images - an additional cost will be negotiated for more people/pets/items). Once you send these to us. This is where the enchantment unfolds.
